Publication

The Department launches two publications namely “Pusthakala Vidya” and “Vidyarthi”.

Pusthkala Vidya Journal is fully reviewed scholarly journal that has been published annually by the Department of Library and Information Science since 2009. The main objective of Pusthakala Vidya is to provide support, innovation, and extensive scholarly inquiry in library and information science (LIS) field. The journal comprise with scholar articles from the staff and final year students. Also, in 2019 the department launched its 9th volume.

Vidyarthi is an annual which consists articles in the field of Library and Information Science and also consider as a leading journal in Library and Information Science. The journal comprise with scholar articles from the staff and the members of Departmental Alumni Association. Also, in 2017 the department launched its 2^nd volume.
