2014                Invited by the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA), for the survey on Economic Viability and Socio economic Impact on NAITA, where I worked as                         a research team member (qualitative data collection).

2013                Invited by the Road Development Authority Sri Lanka for prepare the resettlement action plan for the Northern Highway Project, where I worked as a research team                                   member (qualitative data collection).

2013                Invited by the Ministry of Defense and Urban Development, Sri Lanka, for the Strategic City Development Project-Galle District, where I worked as a research team                                   member.

2011                Invited by the Family Planning Association, Sri Lanka, for a political mapping exercise on sexual and reproductive health, where I worked as a research team member.

2010-2011       Invited by the Ministry of Labor Relations and Productivity Improvement, Sri Lanka, for the survey on strategies to strengthen trade unions in Sri Lanka, where I worked as                         a research team member.

2006                Appointed as the field coordinator for the survey on Sinharaja Forest and its impact to the neighboring villagers, Conducted by the Department of Sociology, University of                            Kelaniya.

2005                Invited by the Human Disaster Management Council, Colombo, for the baseline survey on Tsunami affected families in the Western Province of Sri Lanka where I appointed                         as the field coordinator.

2005                Appointed as the field coordinator, for the feasibility study of sustainable live hoods enhancement project for people affected by the Tsunami in Southern Province,                                     Department of Sociology, University of Kelaniya. Sponsored by Sewa Lanka Foundation.

2005                Appointed as the field coordinator, for the mid-term assessment area development project (Household Survey in Galenbindunuwawe), Department of Sociology, University                         of Kelaniya. Sponsored by World Vision Lanka.
