The Department of Geography, University of Kelaniya organized a welcome program for B.A. (Hons) in Geography and Development Studies undergraduates on 20th August 2020 at the main auditorium of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Kelaniya. All academic members of the Department of Geography had participated in this special event and Senior Prof. Lal Mervin Dharmasiri talked about "the future challenges and opportunities of the undergraduates".
