•  Submissions should be original, previously unpublished work not currently under review by other publications

•  Less than 300 words, must be written in Sinhala, Tamil or English

•  Abstracts should be organized in the following sequence :

            Title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s), affiliation(s)
            Brief Introduction
            Methodology
            Discussion
            Conclusion

•  Include at least 5 keywords.

•  Abstracts must be one-spaced, with margins of 1.5 inches on the left and 1 inch on the top, right, and bottom.

•  Abstracts must be submitted in a word file format

•  Abstracts in proper formats will only be used for the review process. Once your abstract is accepted for a presentation you have to make the necessary revisions as requested by the reviewers.
