• Accepted papers must be presented at the conference by one or several of the authors

• Only the presented abstracts will be included in the final version of the abstract book. The abstracts accepted and not presented will be removed from the final version of the abstract book.

• The oral presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint. Your presentation should be limited to 10 minutes. Our Session Chairs will stop you if you could not finish your presentation within 10 minutes. The presentation will be followed by a discussion of 5 minutes.

• Include your paper ID in your presentation as below;

           NCHS/2023/Paper ID

           Ex: NCHS/2023/S06

• At least one of the authors of an accepted abstract must complete paid registration at the full rate for the conference.

• Failure to complete paid registration will result in the removal of the abstract from the conference program and the proceedings.

*Please hand in the soft copy of your presentation to the session coordinator at the venue of your session at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your presentation if you are unable to email your presentation on or before 27th February 2023.
