The Certificate Awarding Ceremony of the Diploma in Mass Communication (2014 Batch) was held on the 3rd of February 2018 at the auditorium of the Faculty of Social Sciences. Concurrently, the Inauguration Ceremony of the Diploma in Mass Communication for the year 2018 was also held.
The event was held under the patronage of Professor A. H.M.H. Abayarathna, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Professor Rohana Luxman Piyadasa, Director of Communication & Media Unit delivered the Keynote Speech on ‘”Where is the future of the innovative and modernized media?”’.
Mr. Aruna Lokuliyana, Senior Lecturer and Head of the Department of Mass Communication, the academic staff, students who completed the Diploma, New students of the Diploma and parents participated in this event.
