A workshop for Piriven Librarians
A workshop organized for Piriven Librarians by the Department of Library and Information Science, University of Kelaniya, and the Division of Piriven Education, Ministry of Education, was held successfully on 21st December 2023 at the Auditorium of the Staff Development Unit, University of Kelaniya.
The objective of the workshop was awareness on “Sharing knowledge about library management and their services among the Piriven Librarians”.
Senior Professor M. K. Weerasinghe, Dr. Priyanwada Wanigasooriya, Dr. Niluka Harshani, Senior Lecturer Ms. Nadeeka Rathnabahu, Lecturer Mr. Shanaka Ransara and Mr. Sarath Nanda Kumara (Director, National Institute of Education) were the resource persons of the workshop.
