At the end of the course, students will be able to acquire and apply communication and presentation skills and manage communication challenges. They will be able to design their early career paths and determine to serve as professionals.

Communication; printed and non-printed communication, Communication methods and their use in libraries, Role of media in libraries, Library and media relationship, Library news and public relations. Development of media and document policy for a library: components such as drafting agendas and letters, project proposals and keeping minutes; Presentation and soft skills, and skills for facing interview; Counseling librarianship, career and professional advancement Continuing Professional Development, compilation of Life Tasks Statement Reports.
