Dilini Gamage is a lecturer (Unconfirmed) at the Department Mass Communication, University of kelaniya, Sri Lanka. She completed her post graduate studies (Master of Social Sciences - MSSc) in 2019 at the University of Kelaniya and ‘Conceptualization of Southern in Political Communication’ was the research area of her master degree. Political communication is the subject area that she is specialized in and her knowledge on the field of study has been appreciated in many academic platforms. Other than that she is interested in subjects such as social media and politics, political Marketing and political communication. She is the author of the book titled ‘Pelapath Puranaya (parable of pedigree)’ which was published in June 2016 and which is considered as the first book in the history of ancestry of presidential candidates in Sri Lanka.
