The Department of Mass Communication, University of Kelaniya, celebrated a momentous occasion on the evening of September 20, 2023, as a grand film screening of "SAHO," directed by Prof. Ariyarathna Athugala, was hosted. The event took place at the Dharmaloka Hall, drawing a crowd of nearly 1,200 enthusiastic spectators.
"SAHO" was particularly special for the Department of Mass Communication, as it involved the dedicated efforts of both staff members and students in its production.
The screening was graced by the presence of Senior Lecturer Wijayananda Rupasinghe, Head of the Department, along with other esteemed staff members.
It became evident that "SAHO" had captivated the hearts of the audience.
