Student Activities

A trio of documentaries were screened at Dharmaloka Hall on Wednesday, 19th October at 6 pm organized by the second-year students of the Public Relations and Media Management (Hons) Degree, University of Kelaniya.  Vishnu Vasu's Amma, Gayaramya Alvis' Unseen Idol, and Ganga Rajini Dissanayake's Rio Paradiso are the three documentaries. Special guests including the Head of the Department and the academic staff of the department of Mass Communication and undergraduates participated in this event. At the end of the film Rio Paradiso, a discussion was held with the participation of its director Mrs. Ganga Rajini Dissanayake.

කැලණිය විශ්වවිද්‍යාලීය මහජන සම්බන්ධතා හා මාධ්‍ය කළමනාකරණ විශේෂවේදී දෙවන වසර විද්‍යාර්ථීන්ගේ සංවිධානයෙන් 2022 ඔක්තෝබර් මස 19 වන බදදා දින සවස 6ට  වාර්තා චිත්‍රපට ත්‍රිත්වයක් ධර්මාලෝක ශාලාවේදී තිරගත කෙරිණි. විෂ්ණු වාසුගේ "අම්මා" , ගයාරම්‍ය අල්විස්ගේ "නොදුටු පිළිමය" සහ ගංගා රාජිනී දිසානායකගේ "Rio Paradiso" එම  වාර්තා චිත්‍රපට ත්‍රිත්වයයි. ජනසන්නිවේදන අධ්‍යයන අංශයේ  අංශාධිපතිතුමා ඇතුළු ආචාර්ය මණ්ඩලය, ආරාධිත අමුත්තන් සහ විද්‍යාර්ථීන්  මෙම අවස්ථාවට සහභාගී වූ අතර Rio Paradiso වාර්තා  චිත්‍රපටය අවසානයේ එහි අධ්‍යක්ෂ ගංගා රාජිනී දිසානායකගේ සහභාගීත්වයෙන්  සංවාදමය කථිකාවතක් ද සාර්ථක අන්දමින් සිදු විය.
