මහාචාර්ය ෂෙල්ටන් ගුණරත්න කුසලතා ශිෂ්‍යත්ව ප්‍රදානය
කැලණිය විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ ජනසන්නිවේදන ශාස්ත්‍රවේදී (ගෞරව) පාඨමාලාව හදාරනු ලබන විද්‍යාර්ථීන් වෙනුවෙන් පිරිනමන “මහාචාර්ය ෂෙල්ටන් ගුණරත්න කුසලතා ශිෂ්‍යත්ව ප්‍රදානය” 2016/2017 අධ්‍යයන වර්ෂය වෙනුවෙන් විද්‍යාර්ථීන් 10 දෙනෙකු වෙත කැලණිය විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ සමාජීය විද්‍යා පීඨයේ පීඨාධිපති මහාචාර්ය එම්.එම්. ගුණතිලක මහතා විසින් 2020 ජූලි මස 12 වන දින සමාජීය විද්‍යා පීඨ මණ්ඩල රැස්වීම් ශාලාවේදී පිරිනමන ලදී.
2016/2017 අධ්‍යයන වර්ෂය වෙනුවෙන් විද්‍යාර්ථීන් 10 දෙනෙකු වෙත රු. 5000.00 බැඟින් මෙහිදී ලබාදෙන ලදී.

Award Ceremony of Professor Shelton Gunaratne Merit Scholarship
“Professor Shelton Gunaratne Merit Scholarship” was awarded to 10 students of the academic year 2016/2017 who are reading for Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Mass Communication at the University of Kelaniya on the 12th July 2020 at the Social Sciences Faculty Board Meeting. The Merit Scholarships were awarded by Professor M. M. Gunathilake, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences of University of Kelaniya.
Below mentioned 10 students from the academic year 2016/2017 received 5000 rupees during this ceremony.
