UNWTO Student League 2021-Rural Development through Tourism Student's achievement Undergraduate students of Tourism and Cultural Resource Management, Department of Archaeology participated for the global tourism competition held by United Nation World Tourism Organization (UNWTO). The students worked through the challenge of Rural Development and submitted a rural tourism development plan for Meemure village. The total marks they received 115, 51st place among international competitors and 2nd place in national level. In addition, the team consisted with five undergraduate students (Team NameUOK Power Rangers) in Tourism and Cultural Resource Management, Department of Archaeology.
